After years of touring and performing with some of the biggest names in music, including Trans-Siberian Orchestra, John Waite, Blood Sweat and Tears, and Chicago’s Danny Seraphine, renowned keyboardist Doug Kistner took a bold step out of the shadows, forming his own project Studio D'Lux. Studio D'Lux's acclaimed brand of “yacht rock” has been a hit with critics, who have praised Kistner for his quality songwriting and creative productions.

Studio D'Lux recordings have featured an All-Star line up of classic rock legends including Liberty Devitto (Billy Joel), Leland Sklar (James Taylor), Lee Loughnane (original member of Chicago), two former members of Chicago Bill Champllin and Keith Howland; Curtis King Jr. (Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, David Bowie), Steely Dan guitarists Jon Herington and Eliott Randall; New Brunswick singer Glen Burtnik (Styx), Asbury Park singer Reagan Richards (Williams Honor), bassist Malcolm Gold (Sheryl Crow) and saxophonist Tom Timko (Gloria Estefan).
